FX35, MX-5, E90 330i, Escalade ESV

2006 BMW 330i. I've polished and waxed it once, back in December (Vanilla Moose, Natty's Blue) and refreshed the wax with Optimum Car Wax in March. It still had really good gloss and beaded well but it had some light swirls and marring since she is out of my area for weekly car washing so someone else washes it (forgot to ask who) I decided to polish it more deeply this time. I used Optimum Polish with white Cyclo pads, buffed it off with Optimum Car Wax and topped with Meguiars #16.

The new graphite grey color is pretty cool too. Looks medium to dark grey depending on the light in the shade and almost violet in the sun, as you can see in these two shots:

Full car shots didn't have the best lighting, popcorn storms had formed and we could already see and hear lighting, just snapped a few quick ones before it was put into the garage.

2004 Infiniti FX35, friend of the lady who owns the above 330i. Overall in decent shape, some minor paint transfers but very little swirling for a nearly 2 year old vehicle. Same process as the 330i, OP, OCW, #16.

Yes, we did get that back mud flap after I took the pic.

2005 Cadillac ESV. Detailed last November, forget exactly what I used but it was still in pretty good shape, just went over it with Werkstatt's Prime using white Cyclo pads and topped with Acrylic Jett Trigger.

Yes, I know the rims are ugly and yes, I agree the 22" on the fender is hideous. Not my SUV.

=========================

2006 Mazda MX-5. Pretty new, only 5000 miles on it. No swirling that I could see, like the Escalade, it got Werkstatt's Prime using white Cyclo pads and topped with Acrylic Jett Trigger.

Typical decent BMW fit and finish, orange peel on the sides isn't great though. Mercedes uses CeramiClear, haven't heard that BMW is too.

Scott do you find that the Cyclo allows you finish vehicles much faster? Do you end earlier in the day or are you able to add in another small detail each day?
