1996 Porsche C4S

This was a rather negelcted Porsche. Had some water spotting and alot of halo-scratches in the paint.

We also installed a clear bra on top of giving it a full detail.

We began by polishing out the areas where the clear bra would go. First buffing step was lambswool and Opt Hyper or an orange pad with Hyper.

We then went with a green pad and Optimum Polish, then blue, black and white. As we applied the kit my helper did the interior. After that kit was installed we set about buffing out the rest of the paint with the same process as the front end.

My helper polished the wheels and dressed the tires as Ron applied some Werkstatt. First time I used on one of my details. It looks very nice when done.

I then applied some Trade Secret which really gave the midnight blue mettallic paint a beautiful look.

Several hours later we finished and I took a few AFTER shots but apologize for the AFTER's not being exactly like the BEFORES concerning angle and such.

Wow, is that car gorgeous in the after pictures! You guys do incredible work. So you did a 7 step process on the exterior and it only took a couple hours?

It was a 5 step process actually.

Wool pad and Hyper and then Opt Polish with the green (we did a few areas with 50/50 Opt mix), blue, black and white pads. Ron did one half of the Porsche while I did the other half.

It took a few pad tests before we figured out what pad/product combo worked best to level the paint. It's a beautiful color but also not very forgiving. Every little speck shows up

I have several more Porsches this week but they are clear bra installs only....maybe I can talk them into having me detail them also as I just recieved today in the mail some "Poly-Lack Nano Clean+" that I would like to try out. One of them is a black GTII

The owner was very pleased with the results and his brothe now wants some polish work done on his new Crossfire.

I'll be able to see the results longevity wise of the Werks and TS in the coming weeks.
