WRX, Excursion, Sequioa, Silverado SS, my car
2004 Subaru WRX. Light to moderate swirls. Optimum was taking too long so I switched to Meguiars DACP using a Meguiars polishing pad, then I used my 'Pink Moose', equal parts Vanilla Moose and Red Machine Glaze with a Meguiars polishing pad. Gave the car a very wet look. I topped it off with Poorboy's Natty's Blue.
==========
2004 Ford Excursion. Overall in decent shape, last polished and waxed in June. Just back from a ski trip in Colorado and a brush car wash while they were there. Some noticable scratches from the brushes. Went over the whole thing with Optimum using a Meguiars polishing pad and finished with Natty's Blue. Pics are a touch dark, finished up just before sunset.
===========
2003 Chevy Silverado SS. Needs some polishing but he wants to wait until spring, just wanted some protection for now. I applied Jeff's Werkstatt Carnauba Jett by hand. Noticably deepened the black color.

Oh yeah, since I won't have my cable or internet fixed until late Sunday afternoon, I don't know if I will be able to respond to any questions until then. Luckily, I can use my brother's connection tonight at his house.

A quick question on the excursion, and this may be a dumb question, but did you just use a PC to apply the optimum?

Great work! What is the application and removal of the carnuba Jett like? Love the look on black.

Nice work as usual.
Just out of curiosity, with all the pictures you take of your details, do you keep a running portfolio of your work?

I only have a PC.
zippymbr-I use an MF towel to spread CJ around, then continue wiping until it nearly clears out, then flip the towel and remove any remaining excess. Seems to work best that way.
truzoom-I carry a large photo album with me to show new customers and have 7 other albums at home-plus about 1000 other pictures I don't have room for. Currently, in my 'cars' folder on my computer, I have 2400 images and another 800 in a general picture folder.
Oh well, I am gone now until late Sunday evening. Comcast better be on time on Sunday, that is all I can say. I'd sure like to be able to do this again-

Scott, the Carnauba Jett is more comparable (in performance, not application) to a liquid wax, like #26, than to a carnauba-conataining spray like Sonus Carnauba Spritz or Pinnacle Crystal Mist? If yes, do you consider it a "true LSP" as you do OCW?
