I used 2000 grit wetsand paper on both sides (so the clear would stick) and laid down the 2 coats of clear 10 minutes between each coat. With the clear laid over both sides, the tape line disappeared.
I did all this with Spray bombs.

What is a spray bomb? I googled it and could not find any pictures.

^ i believe spraybomb is slang for repeated use of spray cans.
wow this is great work! i have lots of paint cracking on my front bumper (mostly due to bad bodyshop work) and am thinking i need to do the same thing. i dont really know much about painting.. you started off first by sanding it down via machine correct? then it goes primer, paint, CC?

If you consider yourself "just a detailer" I have just demoted myself to "just a car washer"!
Fantastic work.

No $**t. I feel like I have been telling myself a lie by saying I'm a detailer. You have ruined me. LOL

I didn't know you could put primer, paint and clear on a car with spray cans.
