Steel Gray RT-10 Viper w/Snake 530 Package

This is a 2000 Dodge Viper with a snake 530 package. One of my favorite colors on a Viper. Car was in fair shape when it came in. Some minor swirls in the paint & minor scratches. Wheels needed a good polishing & the motor was absolutely disgusting. Interior was OK.

Here is my process:

Washed exterior

Cleaned wheels & engine compartment

Used tar remover to remove grease from lower panels.

Buffed complete exterior with Optimum Polish with foam cutting pad by rotary

Buffed complete exterior with Optimum polish with foam finishing pad

Hand applicatio of AIO

Hand application of Pinnacle Signature Series Paste Wax (not something I usually use, but I need to use it up)

Polished wheels with Wicked Metal Polish

Dressed tire with Kar Kraft Super Blue Dressing

Now for the pics:

Lookin good!!!! I had to chance to ride in a stock viper once and it was wicked fast! Couldnt imagine MORE power!

How far from Boston are you? (Wellseley to be exact). Reason for asking is because im moving there in January to go to Babson College. Im from San Diego and it is 85 outside right now! ha-ha.

Awesome as always! You ought to use Paste Glaz more, looks terrific over AIO.

Rick, another beautiful job. I really like that color. Those panel gaps around the headlights look HUGE though. Are they supposed to be that big? Maybe it's because of the clam shell hood. I've seen Vipers up close and have driven one before and don't recall such a large gap.

Actually I noticed the same thing myself and I'm glad you mentioned it. I wasn't sure if it was just Dodge's poor fit & finish or if it was out of alignment. I'm going to bring it over to the body shop and see if they can adjust it for me. I hate how thay designed the hoods on these years. Such a pain in the a$$ to open and close. What do you want for $80,000
