Chevy Camaro

This one belongs to the guy that I do the 55 Chevy for. He wanted it cleaned up for winter and was gonna be out of town so it gave me a few days to work on it.

Paint was pretty swirled, interior was fine and the rims were water spotted.

Process:
Pre-soak rims w/P21
Pre-saok tires w/Megs DG

Wash w/Dawn
Dry with Vroom towel and leaf blower

Polished w/M105
106ff
Topped w/PBA
DG 105
AW x 2

Glass polished w/KAIO
Topped w/DG 105 and AW

Rims polished w/ Blue Magic polish and topped w/DP Paint Sealant
Tires got OB

Re: Chevy Camaro

For etching on wheels I have had good success with Danase Wet Spot Remover and Optimum Metal Polis Combo.

Camaro looks good.

I just got some DWSR and never even thought about trying it on chrome! Thanks for the heads-up!!! Do you use the metal polish by hand or machine?

Re: Chevy Camaro

Huge improvement in the cars appearance.

Nice detail work and also nice attention to detail in your write-up matching the same views in your before and afters.

Re: Chevy Camaro

Excellent job, really glossy and wet in the after shots.
