2006 Corvette Z06 with a Procharger supercharger. Owner bought it a few months ago and just wanted to get some pop to the paint. Only had 3-4 hours to work on it (due to his schedule) so it obviously wasn't a full correction job and the car still does have some light spider swirls. He might be interested in a paint correction next time but he seemed really happy with the results I got in about 3 1/2 hours.
Did my usual ONR wash and at the same time, I clayed it with Optimum Opti-Clay. The paint was polished with
Meguiars #205 using a yellow
Meguiars polishing pad and my
Meguiars G110 (speed 6 using moderate to heavy pressure). I followed with Clearkote's Pink Moose using my
G110 and a white
Lake Country polishing pad and sealed the paint with Carnauba Moose. Tires and fenderwells dressed with Armor All, glass cleaned with Quikshine.
Engine was wiped down, really wasn't dirty. Polished the Procharger (and exhaust tips) with Optimum Metal Polish.
Note the wheel studs...
The car sounds really, really mean.
