Re: 1999 Porsche Given a New life! Barry Theal Presidential Details Lancaster Pa!

Yet another amazing transformation, Barry!

That's what it's all about!! Taking as much time as needed to make every square inch of a car perfect. You seem a lot like me... It's not about the $$, but what can be done to get that extra bit of gloss out of the paint that the customer will probably notice, or other small things that really add up over the course of a detail. It's the little things that count and you went far & beyond what the owner ever asked for. That's what seperates the men from the boys! If you take every car as a challenge to see what kind of results can be achieved, regardless of what you are getting paid, success will be sure to follow.

Although we would probably be making more $$ if we were pumping out $100 express details, there's a certail sense of accomplishment when you can turn a severely neglected car into a rolling showpiece as you've done with this Porsche. It's always rewarding to see the owners reaction when they see their perfectly detailed car.

Truly great work!!

PS: Glad to see you finally tried Menzerna!

After the tune up, the Porsche Store will then have the car washed by a high school student using a brush and dirty wash water, instilling swirls and RIDS.

That is when Barry comes in and makes another few hundred bucks from the owner of this Boxster!
I would be so mad!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ohh and BTW, I don't know where this car is from now but last week I saw a black 911 driving down Rt 23 in Leola going towards the city. I was out having a smoke break at work (was "detailing" our rigs) when I saw the deepest....blackest.....most shined Porsche I've ever seen and now I'm reading about a very similar looking car here.
I do believe I saw one of Barry's work of art driving right past me!!

I can definitely understand what you mean by the Army instilling attention to detail. Because of it no detail that I've personally done has made me truly happy.....satisfied to an extent but not happy. Once I move out of the city and get a house with a man cave I'm sure that'll change.

Again keep up with the awesomeness of your ways!
Thanks bud! This car wasn't completed to saturday and they drove it away sunday!

Re: 1999 Porsche Given a New life! Barry Theal Presidential Details Lancaster Pa!

Hi Barry! I thought for just a novice I was decent at cleaning up/detailing a car but this truly is incredible. I'm new to this site and all I can come up with is WOW. Glad your in Lancaster as I go there quite often from York area. One question, where can I pick up some of the Ardex supplies, like the 5228 new wave? Seems like a great product.......
Again, excellent work
Chick
