LOl yea.. This thing has obviously seen it's "Hey days" it's like the first RV LOL. It was a fun little toy to tool around with. I don't think I'd feel to safe driving it around the mountains here. Yea that was brought up on another forum that it could've just rolled. The body was solid besides the minor fender benders it was in. No rot underneath to speak of. so whoever took care of it did a pretty good job until they parked it and let it sit.

HAHAHA funny barry.

SC is working out great actually. Not that the work is piling up yet. (still getting the word out) but the weather is much nicer. They already have snow in alot of places in Michigan and from the detailers I still talk to up there in my old neck of the woods it's just at a stand still. It's supposed to be in the 70's most of next week here too. I really want to do some traveling in the state and see some of the other area's. But so far I like it alot. And I do have work here and there just not booked out or anything yet. Plus barry and andy lasso'd me into other detailing sites and it seems somehow I've been noticed.. Could be a great opportunity..

And barry for the record this is what I'm working on now... It's big it's bad and it needs some TLC.

Those old Westy campers hold their value extremely well. That hippie mobile was easily worth 7-8K, good for you for making it smile again!

Good job on the detail and your new teaching role too! That old VW fixed up a bit more could be worth a lot - if my memory from an earlier Barrett Jackson episode is correct.

Glad you're having fun down in SC, you need to check out the Myrtle Beach area, lot of nice cars down that way.
