1995 Camaro SS "Clone"

I've recently retired the Camaro from Daily Driving, and it's undergoing some extensive correction and cleaning... I'll be updating this thread as I go...

Here is a preview of what I'm working on...

Before Shot of the Hood...

After Shot of the Hood...

The hood and spoiler have recently been sprayed and sprayed poorly... I'm cleaning these up with 2000, 3000, and then Menzerna Intensive Polish on a 4" LC Yellow Pad with a PC 7424... I'll be coming back over it with a finishing polish and an LSP... But for now this is how we're looking...

The car is also being Rebadged and completely gone through, I'll be working on it during my evenings here and there and days off... Could take awhile...

Thanks for looking...

Re: 1995 Camaro SS "Clone"

I've got 1/4 of the hood done, about 3 good hours, and I've still got to actually "polish" it...

The hood wasn't prepped, so I'm having to do the best I can using only the clear to smooth it out...

I decided to take it and have it painted, and this is what I got. I should have just done it myself. The spoiler is worse...

I'll find a good pic of the orange peel, it's stupid. Luckily I have about 3 good coats of clear to work with...

Here are a couple pics of the orange peel, it's about the same as the hood. Luckily, the spoiler is pretty much only orange peel, and I'm not having to correct actual body shop problems using the clear....
