Amazing turn around yet again there Barry. Damn that thing shines. THe paint would've scared the crap outta me being that thin... You pulled it off nicely.

bufferbarry- I'm late to this party, but I knew it was gonna turn out swell.

Decided to mention the sanding after all huh? Heh heh..."don't try this at home, kids" at least not on ss black lacquer.

Oh, and hey folks...notice that he spent *nine hours* on just the burnishing! That's after the "real correction"

When people ask how long this tuff takes, that's a perfect example of how it simply takes as long as it takes.

Now tell me more about the halogen/LED light combo! Better than the SunGun huh?

On a side note I actually think I saw that car driving around downtown Harrisburg couple of weeks ago...

Its another light accum. that will drive you nuts. Ill send you a few pics of it.

I didn't use a paint meter on this. Now before I get lectured about not using one. I have never used one and won't judge my choices on a machine. I can tell you this I removed enough to get the paint level and finish it out. This obviously isn't a daily driver and the guy wanted it perfect as I could get it. This job required a lot of patience on my behalf. A lot of the paint was already thin to begin with. To describe how much this car was driven. The owner has owned this car since the early ninties and only put 300 miles on it since ownership. So it won't see the outdoors much anymore. It looks good for a 69 year old car with 82,000 miles. Thomas thank you for the nice compliments. Hope all is well in Portland.
