Ducati Multistrada - full correction (pic heavy)

This owner contacted me through one of the local forums and was interested in a basic detail. Upon inspection of the bike, it needed much more than that. Talked to the owner about doing a full correction and he decided to go for it. We also decided to go with some Swissvax Concorso as the LSP. Overall the bike came out great. I think we got about 95% correction out of it in about 8 hours. The wheels and the motor took almost as much time as the paint lol. The owner was astonished. I like those reactions He was thinking about selling it, but after seeing it, he fell back in love with the bike again and is keeping it, and maintaining it well.

Process:

Exterior
-Foamed with Dawn
-Rinsed and Dawn wash
-Megs APC 3:1 on wheels/tires
-Daytona EZ detail brush
-Swissvax Wheel brush
-Edge foam detailing swabs
-Engine degreaser
-Clayed with Z18 and Megs LT as lube

Correction
-Megs 105 on orange LC 4"
-Menzerna SIP on white LC 4"
-Menzerna 106FA on black LC 4"
-ISO wipedowns

LSP
-Swissvax Cleaner Fluid
-Swissvax Concorso (applied bare handed)
-Zaino ZAIO on plastics and wheels

Before shots

50/50 shot

Thanks Jesse! Been so swamped and behind on posts lately lol.

Bust out the 4" pads on that BMW! They are a life saver on bikes!

Man you did a fantastic job on that bike....and not to take away
from anything you did...but did the owner ever think about washing it?
I mean , yeah he has a Ducati flag in his garage ,but the dirt on the bike
wheels shows me he just doesn't care.

Some people don't deserve the the things they own.

He is a motorcycle and Ducati enthusiast. He has two racing ducati's in the garage. A 999 and a 999S. He enjoys his rides. I changed his mind about how he cares for them though

Thanks!

bravo! Awesome work. I'd love to have a 999 - quite the beauty.
Nice attention to detail and reflection shots!
