Envious Detailing: AUDI SAVE???

Here is a little teaser of what I am currently working on...so far I have spent 2.5 hours on a wash, clay, wash, complete wheel cleaning ONLY. This car is hammered! and it only has 10K miles on it...this is why you dont use a metallic brillo pad on cars....

I WILL HAVE A COMPLETE WRITE UP IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER i AM DONE WORKING ON THIS CAR!!! UNTIL THEN...I'M GOING TO BE M.I.A.

Wow....I've had a couple cars come in with the old brillo pad treatment, but never over the entire vehicle. You've definitely got your work cut out for you!

Can't wait to see you work your magic!

Re: Envious Detailing: AUDI SAVE???

Unbelievable! I hope you have a before shot that shows the whole car, because I can't imagine what it would be like to see that on the street. I'm really interested in seeing how good that car can get.

Re: Envious Detailing: AUDI SAVE???

well, over an hour to tape up all the edges and seems...I know I am going to have to get super aggressive with this one...just tried SIP on PFW at 1700 and its barely putting a dent in it! next step M105 and yellow solo wool pad....

updates ever few hours while I take my much needed breaks...I need to finish this car by tomorrow night because I have a couple of cars to prep for the Seibon show thursday and friday, and other detail work on wednesday..its going to be a LOOOOONG day/night!!

Oh and it wasnt the owner who washed this car, it was his friend...the owner knows better!!!!

Re: Envious Detailing: AUDI SAVE???

Well, I bet this is the last time his friend ever touches his car. You should try and sell him some car wash supplies or something lol.

Re: Envious Detailing: AUDI SAVE???

I had to google what the f*** a brillo pad even was (we know them as SOS pads here). Seriously, an SOS pad to a car's paint ? ... ?!!?!?!?

I am looking forward to the after shots, this is going to be an awesome correction, one for your photo album for sure !!!!
