David jon did a great job with it actually. We attack carpets dry first. We take air compressor and blow the carpets dry firs, then we use a metal bristle brush and raise the dry dirt to surface and 9 times out 0f 10 not much scrubbing is needed after this. Im sure you knew this already though with your interior skills! Did you notice this car wasn't a turd lol.

You had me sold on the paints condition when you said "Cloister"....nuff said.
I actually had my wifes car detailed there about 8 years ago. It took them about an hour and it looked like an hours worth too!
Keep up the gre.....beautiful work!
Are you going to hold another open garage? If so I would definately be interested...being a newb I would love to learn from one of the best!

Do you regularly hold open garages?
I would def make the trip up to PA to learn some new things. I've seen some of the stuff you have done and it leaves me speechless every time. I would definately be interested in the future!

JCWouts, well I held one and it was a big big event. I plan on having one here when things slow down for me. Right now I'm at the busiest point in my career and its not getting slower. It kinda all happened over night. Yes there will be another real soon! I post it up here for everyone. when I do.

I can imagine you have alot of people banging down your door trying to get a peek at your up and coming projects.
Ride the wave and enjoy this point in your career, especially when its something you love to do! Congratulations
I look forward to hearing about your next open garage and I will definately take some time off work to go down there. Nothing beats a road trip!
In the meantime I look forward to your next projects.

Amazing job on the detail, I love when you can go the lengths until YOU think it is done, instead of being held back by a budget. The car looks great! I could only help to notice the pictures look a little dark or maybe overexposed? I noticed you were using a Nikon DSLR camera? What mode are you using? Not trying to rain on parade, more like constructive criticism for your camera techniques to help you out!

Looks great Barry. Just saw this thread as I was searching the forums. I'm very impressed with the results.
We have a 2005 Hemi LX as well, just wondering how easy it was to work with the paint on these cars. I realize this was a whole 2 month ago, and you are a busy guy, lol. Do you remember any details on how hard the clear coat was to work with?
Thanks Barry, again, great detail!

Re: :2thumbs: 300c Hemi Refinement Treatment Barry Theal Presidential Details
Online sources say ours is: Inferno Red Pearl Tricoat EL/WEL
But it's PEL inside the door. Not sure if that reflects anything about the paint though. Just checking if there was a pattern with the paint codes. I don't suppose you have tackled this color have you? Thanks for the reply though, I know it's an older thread

I have made that color look amazing many times. I used to work for a chrysler dealership. That color is very easy to correct. It just a lot of paint on the magnum
