This was my project from Monday. The customer purchased the car used and was looking to have it brought back to "new" standards. It was apparent that this car had never been garaged, and was in fact severely neglected. Both the front and rear bumpers had severe oxidation, and the beginnings of clearcoat failure was rampant on the hood. This car required a lot of wetsanding including a large portion of the hood.
The process throughout the entire car was:
PO203S via PFW (x2) (The hood required many more passes)
106ff and a finishing pad
I tried using 105, but it just wasn't working the way I wanted it to.
I finished the car around 9 PM, so please excuse the lack of adequate afters.
Total time: 14 hours
