THATS FRESH Detailed: 2003 Sable Black CTS
5 cars in a row and theyre all black. i love black but da mn. lOL. Owner took his car to the local car wash for his washes which caused the ever so deep swirls. The water at the car wash left a nice wax on it but also left the paint with water pits all over the car. The CTS is his DD and his daughter rides in the back. We met a week before the detail so i could take a closer look. Upon inspection, the car was in great condition, just hardened bug spots and minor swirls. After the initial wash i found alot more discrepancies like those water pits and DEEP swirls. But, no rock chips, nice! i wasnt able to correct it to perfection but i got close to 100% as i could. on to the detail. enjoy

now lets see how all that stuff worked.


headlight is past gone. a safety issue




notice the straight line. overspray.









hardened stains everywhere, no worries



took coins and let them soak in hot water, then placed them in coin holder after drying







massaging deep into the open pores, seams and where there were cracks in the leather.


90degrees perfect for the curing time. closed door and went to lunch.

jacked car up to get into fenders since i saw some dirt in there



overall car was clean. this was red overspray on panels (custom painted calipers)

Swissvax Wood Polish on the wood trim





thanks to 303 and Tuff Stuff. no elbow grease required










water pits showing in the sun. wasnt able to correct that


headlights alot better now. owner painted grill himself for now. getting it professionally painted next week along with CTS V bumper thats coming in also.

Really nice work!

Were the headlights just dirty in that early shot or did you perform some amount of correction?
