This customer was looking for a polish with some swirl reduction We decided on a 2 step and it removed 80% of the swirls. Some were deeper than others because of all of the tunnel washes it has been through. Not every customer wants a perfect finish or at least is not willing to pay for it in my area like 99% of the other C&B's on here heh.
