Klasse Polycharger
the steps i did:
- wash nxt shampoo
- clay bar meg with onr as lube
- wash nxt shampoo
- wetsand with 2500 and 3000 over it , on all 4 upper doors , all 4 1/4 panels , trunk
- rise whole car , dry tape
- rotary 83 on polish pad on roof , due the thin paint thickness , remove 80% of oxidation
- rotary 105 on cutting pad all around , i should go with wool , i just didn`t wanna take the chance
- g110 205 all around
- 1 layer klasse AIO with polycharger
- 2 layers klasse SG with polycharger

this pic are special for u )
i didn`t went to agresive , i use only 2500 , and i didn`t remove the orange peel all the way , but i got a good improvement over all. i still let some thickness there for a later fun.
the upper part of pass door sanded
test spot , but i wish i went with wool, over all the combination i got went good. is how we learn , right?

i read in your process you wanted to go with wool, but you didn't want to take the chance? was this your first wetsand?

yes , first , and my car got the bless. before i start i took at least 4-6 paint readings on each panel with pictures for record, and when i wetsand i always check the thickness after few pass. the clear coat on audi is like russian tank , a hard coat when comes to buff
i wetsand before for correcting the paint , panels full of scratches , and was easy just to wetsand. i remove them with 105 and wool , rotary, went great.
i may get in my collection the line of wool pads from meguair`s they have like 4.
i fallow 2500 with 3000 , and that`s why i didn`t wanna go with wool , and in the test spot cutting pad and 105 remove the sand marks, but i think wool was indicated.

How much clear did you end up removing throughout the car? Before > During > After...
