Re: Flawless Image: A Mississippi Denali
ONR could not handle that thing, it would take alot of time and alot of dirty buckets, mitts, towels, water etc. A good PW or hose rinse with soap is the only way to get most of that dirt off reasonably fast..
What did you use on the leather seats??

Ahh, MS mud... one thing I don't miss about home! Nice job though! I'm gonna guess that's a cut out template that you put down and then vacuum over to get the logo on the carpets?? Nice trick! Might just have to bite that one off ya!

Yeah I saw the metal/aluminum template in another thread he posted. It's exactly that. Pretty neat idea.
Great turnaround on the interior. What did you use to get that horrible stain out of the trunk?
Also, I think I remember you saying you use Ardex...if so, what did you use on the tires/wheels/wells? Looks great.

Re: Flawless Image: A Mississippi Denali
I buy alot of products from a local manufacturer. car wash soap, degreaser, interior cleaner, leather cleaner, leather conditioner, glass cleaner, tire dressing, interior (armor all without the greasy feeling), etc etc. he makes all his own stuff.
Exterior: washed, let it air dry because I was going to buff it anyway, then after finished with interior, used orange pads on my cyclo and Ardex Alpha Grit. Then used Ardex Topaz (applied by hand). thats it.
Wheels and underneath: AP1 Degreaser 30:1 mixture
Interior: Heavy Duty interior cleaner, bucket of water and car wash soap mixed, a cup to pour on the water, cyclo with brush attachments, then i suck it up with the shop vac. easy as can be. no scrubbing by hand!

Good turnaround. Tires are a bit shiney for my taste. But, the overall job looks great!

Re: Flawless Image: A Mississippi Denali
the tire shine is also made by the guy i buy all my stuff from (besides my Ardex). I spray it on before buffing and waxing. Within an hour, it soaks into the tires and WILL NOT sling off and it doesnt have a greasy feeling to it. I could run my hand across that tire and nothing comes off! It really is an amazing product. And 3 or 4 days from now, it wont lose its shine.

I love how those tires shine. Simply amazing. Is that tire conditioner available for purchase on-line somewhere?

Re: Flawless Image: A Mississippi Denali
Love it - Great turn around. You guys must have worked your butts off? How did you attempt tackling that back carpet area? Looks like a food spill? If so, Ardex makes an Enzyme Digester that is specifically designed for these problems and works great.
