I have done this before, but a few years ago. They are friends of mine and I can't say no so I had to do it again. Plus the pay wasn't too bad for 4.5 hours of work.
All I did was wash with Perls shampoo, I used their brush. The inside (just the cab) was cleaned and dressed with Cockpit premium. Leather cleaned and conditioned with Z9/Z10. Cab was vacc'd also. Wheels and tires were cleaned with ZEP Citrus Degreaser 50/50 to water these things were bad. They were dressed with Auto Magic magic dressing. The chrome was the only thing I had to dry just cause its the only thing that would have looked bad with out drying. The top of the motor home and trailer were pretty scary to wash since I am very affraid of heights.
On to the pictures,
Oh I got stung by a bee while working. That was a nice treat.
Befores
This is the inside of the trailer. Double stack, its nice.
Here are the afters, I was pretty sore when done.
These are the cars that go into the trailer. They're torn apart to get ready for the next race in 2 weeks.
And one more picture, this is their gate entrance. His friend made it for him and gave it to them as a wedding present. Its a cut out of a Pantera
How you got that done in 4.5 hours is beyond me. Nice work.
LOL yeah you're telling me. When I don't have any distractions and don't take any breaks I can work pretty quickly. Plus not having to dry anything cuts down on a LOT of time. 86 feet goes by quickly when you're in the zone. hahaha
Wow, i'm for sure impressed with the job on the rig, but i'm REALLY impressed with the length of the overall truck/trailer!!!! 86' is not something to simply "detail", thats a job!
