I did this at a fraction of my regular hourly rate for a friend of mine at work with the stipulation that she not tell them the price. In return I have 4 other people from work wanting me to clean up their cars as well at a slightly reduced rate (15% less). Anyway, enough with the formalities.
This 2005 Murano is in pretty good condition with the exception of wash induced swirls. I carefully explained and showed the owner the correct way to wash and not 5 days after I had detailed it she washed it with a dirty mitt and probably 50% of the swirls are back. Anyway, sorry for no 50/50 shots. I had basically 6 hours for the exterior as she didn't want the interior done so minus the windows inside and out I didn't touch the interior.
Products used:
1.5 ounces Megs Deep Purple Wash w/ 1 oz. Megs APC foamed
Megs Deep Purple via 2BM to wash
Clayed with Megs white clay while washing
P21s wheel gel with swissvax brush and other various brushes
Wheels wells and tires cleaned with Megs APC 4:1
Dried with pakshak WW MF towels
Opti Polish II via white pad for 85% of the car
Opti Polish II via orange for 10%
Megs 105 for 5% with orange on very problematic areas
Sealed with CK Carnuaba Moose (thanks for the heads up scott)
Chrome trim got AIO
Tires were dressed with Adams VRT (only 1 coat is shown in pics as I was losing light)
