Premium Detailed Black 03 Porsche Boxter

I detailed this 03 Porsche Boxter 2 weeks ago. It has the optional hard top from the dealer. This thing was swirlzilla when I got to the clients house. About 6 hours took care of that!

Exterior paint:
Dawn wash
Clayed with Pinnacle Ultra Poly Clay 2
ONR diluted as clay lube
Trim treated with Turtle Wax Ice Synthetic Paste Polish
Meguiars G110 and 6.5” LC orange pad
Menzerna PO203
ONR wash
Four Star UPP

Wheels and tires:
Eagle One A2Z wheel cleaner
EZ Detail brush
Boars head brush
Meguiars Endurance Tire Gel

Interior:
Optimum Protectant Plus
Rigid portable shop vac
Poorboys Leather Stuff (this is my new favorite leather conditioner)
Stoner Invisible Glass

We all know what a dirty car looks like and I refuse to bore you with a thousand swirl pics because we all know what they look like too. So here goes!

Swirls

Here’s a 50/50 of the engine compartment lid (hood?)

Here is the drivers rear quarter panel polished. As you can tell there were still some RIDS left after PO203, but the owner didn’t want me to go any deeper. You can tell what was polished.

Now for some afters!

So that’s it. It really turned out great in my opinion. I thought about doing a final polishing step and talked to the owner about spending some more time, but the paint really was LSP ready to daily driver standards after PO203 and LC orange so we decided I should seal it up and call it a day.

Thanks for looking!

Yes, thats how it goes. I put up a 10x10ft easy up gazebo for all of my outdoor correction jobs unless the client has a garage I can use.

Re: Premium Detailed Black 03 Porsche Boxter

I used PO203 and thats it. The owner was pleased and pulled the plug before a final polising step.

I have probably done 20 Porsches over the years and unless its had a repaint I've noticed the paint to be on the softer side.
