Detailer's Domain: 4 days on a Mini is that right?

This Mini Cooper S belongs to a great couple!!!!!!! They love their cars and they are extremely into them. He came to me and said I want what you did on the CGT's and the other Porsche on my Mini....So I said that's 3-4 days of work and he said go for it. i want this thing to get Swissvax Crystal Rock! The WORKS!!!!!!!! I said okay let's go for it. So here is probably one of our biggest photo packed write ups in a while.....Enjoy!

What the car needed was a full out paint correction /interior/engine detail....

So for the paint we washed/clayed/2 step polish using Menzerna SIP/Uber Orange 5.5 inch pad and Menzerna PO85RD/Uber Blue Finishing 5.5 inch pad mated to a Makita. Finished with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid and applied a nice coat of Swissvax Crystal Rock on it.

Wheel wells were cleaned up with P21S TAW and dressed with Adam's Undercarriage Spray

Wheels were done with P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel, brushes: Swissvax Wheel Brush, The Uber Spoke Brush, The World's Greatest Boar's Hair Brush.
Then the wheels were cleaned up with Swissvax Quick Finish and Swissvax Autobahn was applied for protection and a nice finish. Tires where cleaned with P21S Total Autowash when the wheels were being cleaned and Swissvax Pneu to dress the tires applied with our Detail Sponge.

Engine was cleaned up with P21S TAW and dressed with Black wow and Einszett Rubber/Vinyl Protectant

For the interior full leather treatment with Leather Master Trio kit and Einszett Cockpit and Einszett Plastic/Vinyl Cleaner for the harder stains and dirt. A nice vac with the Vac N Blow and of course interior windows and a lot of brushing dirt and grim from the vents and crevices.

Tools and products used:

Adam's Car Wash in the Foam Canon
Swissvax Paint Rubber (Yellow) and Optimum Instant Detail Spray and Gloss Enhancer for clay lube

Great job Phil!

Do those Uber 5.5 inch foam pads work well with the Flex DA?
