Thumbs up Two Porsches

First up is this 944 that we did last week—really good condition and I really only post because of that. We really didn’t take any before or afters, but when I was done I figured that someone might enjoy the car,

This 96 carrrera 4s definitely needed a detail, the paint was horrendous and the interior was generally dirty.

In the washbay:

Even without the halogens you can see that this paint is DULL!

[Insert usual regarding ebpcivicsi's work here...]

ebpcivicsi- Hey, that 944 *is* in nice shape.

Heh heh, you oughta use that Carrera 4 as a before/after example for new customers (with the owner's permission, of course).

Thanks accumulator!

I doubt that he would let us--he came back the next day and pointed out that there was something wrong with his windshield. Hmm, let me take a look(notice how pitted/rock-chipped the hood is), yes sir those are all from rocks hitting the windshield. He isnsisted that it was overspray that we had either left on, or caused by buffing. He even took his key out and dug it into a chip to see if it moved.

I really wanted to say, "no sir, it's just that the glass has never cleaned before so you couldn't accurately see just how bad it was pitted." But I apologized, reassured him that there was nothing that we could do, and offered to repolish the glass--what are you gonna do?
