2000 Lexus GS300

This is a recent detail of a 2000 Lexus GS300. The client was more interested in getting it clean than any type of paint correction. With 120,000 miles on the odo it was long over due. When I was claying the car it literally felt like sandpaper. The temps were certainly not cooperating. Highs of 40 with a slight wind. Even in the client's garage I was freezing my *** off. It was so hard to even get the car dryed.

Process:

Presoak lower panels with P21S TAW
Wash via 2 BM with Megs NXT soap
Wheels cleaned with Megs Wheel Brightner
Tires cleaned with Eagle One Tire Cleaner
Polish with Poorboys PWS
LSP=OCW
Interior wiped down with Optimum Power Clean
Interior Vinyl dressed with Sonus Total Eclipse
Leather dressed with Autoglym Leather
Glass cleaned with Zep Glass Cleaner
Tires dressed with Megs All Season Dressing

Re: 2000 Lexus GS300

The paint looks really good.

The interior certainly looks newer than what the mileage indicates.

Autopians, or those that employ Autopians, often take pretty good care of their vehicles. I've seen a few that were simply beautiful even at 4 years old! Of course, I'm speaking strictly of the interior...

Good job, Pat.
