Cayenne Turbo S, 650i, GTO, 350Z

All of these were pretty gasic details, no major correction except the hood on the 650i.

2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S. Another black one...but this one was metallic black. Going to be a daily driver too, so going into the winter, the owner just wanted a light polish and protection. He will wait until winter is over (they sand the streets here if it ices up) before deciding if he wants a full correction.

Like the last Turbo S I did, this one had the black out trim and comfort (instead of ventilated) leather.

I used Optimum Polish via PC with a white LC polishing pad, followed by Poli-Seal using a black LC CCS pad. Sealed with Opti-Seal and topped with OCW.

=============

2006 BMW 650i. I wash this one monthly, the owner does a good job keeping it up the rest of the time. Unfortunately, his Mother took ill and was in the hospital for a few weeks. He (the owner) spend many of those nights by his Mother's side (I believe she did recover from her illness) while the hospital's sprinkler system soaked his car. The water spots on the hood were pretty bad. Clay and Optimum's water spot remover helped some, but it took a few passes with Meguiars #105 with a yellow Meguiars polishing pad @ 1200 rpm to remove them. Followed with Optimum Polish, again with a yellow Meguiars polishing pad at 1000-1200 rpm. Finished the hood with 3M Ultrafina and the blue UF pad, 1000-1800-1000 rpm. I then went over the whole car with blend of Clearkote's Vanilla Moose, Red Machine Glaze and another product (not telling) via PC, then sealed with Carnauba Moose. No before shots of the water spots, the pictures didn't turn out all that great. Just a few afters since I've posted this car at least a couple times before.

2006 Pontiac GTO. Detailed it about a year ago and the owner did a superb job keeping up the finish. Still a good 90-95% swirl free. I went over it with Optimum Poli-Seal using a blue Soft Edge polishing pad @ 1000-1200 rpm, then sealed with Opti-Seal and topped with OCW. The interior was cleaned with Woolite/water for the vinyl and leather and BioKleen TLC for the carpets. Vinyl dressed with Optimum Protectant Plus and leather with Leather Master's Leather Vital.

2008 Nissan 350Z. About 6 months old. Needed some claying but otherwise the paint was pretty good. Polished it with Optimum Polish via PC using a yellow Meguiars polishing pad. Sealed with Opti-Seal, topped with OCW. You want wet silver paint, this combo will give it to you!
