Ferrari F430 Scuderia (One of only 1400 to be made!)

I had the opportunity to detail this fantastic piece of machinery. The stunning 2008 Ferrari F430 Scuderia is a balls to the wall F430 (Even more raw than the Challenge Stradale). This is in essence a street legal race car... Many who have tested this car on closed circuits believe it to be FASTER than the Ferrari Enzo....quite a feat despite being down over 100hp to the Enzo.

The Scuderia will only be made for the 2008/09 years and only 1400 copies will be produced. Less than half of those to be brought to the U.S. Price is roughly $225,000 before 'Market Adjustment'.

The computer aided traction control included with the car allow any driver to pilot this thing around a track at break neck speed. But beware...there is an off switch to that safety net, the 'Race' mode. Once switched off, the Scuderia becomes one of the fastest, most connected (to the road and its driver) Ferrari's ever built. Truly a technilogical marvel and not to mention a BEAUTIFUL car!!

This detail was put together with the goal of providing solid protection with a very deep/wet look without getting too crazy with the number of steps.

Menz 106 via White Pad on Flex
Danase Wet Glaze via Green Pad on Flex
All carbon fiber (Interior, Exterior and Engine Bay) was polished with Klasse AIO and sealed the same as the paint.
Opti-Seal x2
Pinnacle Souveran x2 by hand
Tires received Optimum Tire Gel
Exhaust tips received Optimum Compound followed by Polish

Nah, that was my helper for the day....I didn't want him to touch the car so I had him sit as far away from it as possible!! LOL

The owner wasn't even present for the detail, he came home upon completion. Such an awesome down to earth guy too....I've had nothing but great experiences with super car owners.

The paint was surprisingly pleasant to work on....It was very neutral, not hard or soft.

I love the Rosso Corsa with the grey/black stripes, stunning color combo.
