You should downgrade to a 325i, and buy a yard. Dude your neighbors live inches from you. Your priorities are screwed. Just an observation not an invitation to an arguement. Posted with LOVE ! It must be nice having the nicest car in the neighborhood. Considering the other cars dont even break the year 2000.

He's lucky to even have some grass in front of his house. Cali's real estate sector is basically like that now a days with the new style homes. They're trying to use every square inch of the plot. A yard isn't much of a priority for them.
Great Job on the car as always. Must be busy with all of the appointments that you're bringing in too =). Are you detailing full time?

Great Job Phil. Must be balling with all of the appointments that you're bringing in too =). Are you detailing full time and running your retail on the side or the other way around?

Let me just guess, again not trying to cause a stink. He dosent have kids, just a girlfriend ? If you tell me that the realistate is within a packed quadrent in Cali, ill tell you different. Ill post properties for sale in Cali for the same price as that M5. Im a realator by trade, and forclosures are everywhere. His decision came down to choice what do you want more, and he posted his decision.

I find it funny that you think its ok to go completely off-topic, criticize a guys purchases in his own C&B thread, and justify it by saying 'Just an observation not an invitation to an arguement.' Im a human by trade and I know (insert jealousy/self-loathing synonym) when I see it...
FMinus, nice job. Love the car! What did you use on the engine bay? Seems really glossy?
Whats this E-zyme wax like, more specifically? What other waxes in the same price range have you tried, that you like it more then? Ive been thinking about buying Swissvax Concorso, as my supply of Souveran is almost gone...

Re: FMINUS Detailed: FMINUS’s RIDE!! 2008 BMW M5
Im not completely off topic, my original point was if anyone else would have posted an M5 it would have got overlooked, but because fminus is a brother to this forum everyone should clap, and bow to the gods right? Bella machina, and everyones clicking right ? Im speaking for the little man trying to gain his place thats all. GIVE LOVE !

Actually, you are off-topic...Why ridicule his choice in living location or his choice in cars??? Your priorities are screwed...rip on someone on an internet forum, or do something productive...hmmm???

if you can't spell "real estate", how are you a Realtor????
just because he may or may not have kids, may or may not have a GF doesnt mean he cant afford a M5. I know a few people with M5's and they have kids, and are happily married....whats your point?

Wow. You clearly have no concept of California real estate... you think you could buy a house even remotely similar to his in California for the price of an M5?
Tell you what, you find said house, in a comparable area, and I will buy it cash and give it to you. Seriously. You have my word.
PS, you may want a large yard, but that doesn't mean the next guy does. Some people prefer the lack of yard because they are too busy with work and family to spend time working in their yard. Besides, $100 says he has a nice park with plenty of room to play catch or whatever within 5 minutes TOPS from his house.
*Back on topic....nice work Fminus...and sick ride!
