ACDetailing: 2007 GT3RS

This is the famous Sharwerks Hulk Green 3.8L GT3RS that I was prepping for a photo shoot later this week. The car was in perfect condition, but when they took it to the dealership to get serviced, and it was washed, even after telling the guys specifically not to wash the car, and even put a sign on the steering wheel!! So the car wasn't in terrible shape, but it did need a light polishing to bring back that 1% .

Wash

Body:

DIC-20
P&S Citrus Shampoo
Microfiber Mitts
Stoners Tarminator
200MPH Leaf Blower

Wheels:
ACE Powersticks
P&S Wheel Gel
Stoners Tarminator
DIC-20

Interior

P&S Interior Cleaner/Protectant
RIGID Shop vac
Glass Polish
DIC-20 for windows

Correction

Gloss-It 1 step machine polish
FLEX orbital
Sonex blue pad

LSP
JETseal109

Befores

Me Finishing Up:

Tucked in for surgery!:

Working the polish in:

The end result!:

Swirls? Hell no!:

As always, C&C Welcome!

Aaron

That car, equipped with that exhaust system sounds AMAZING.

There are a few youtube clips of it driving in the bay area on a drive...absolutely insane.

That part seriously made me laugh out loud. I mean, how retarded/inept can these people be? Maybe they can't read English?

Exactly why I put a sign that says "Do not wash/No lave este coche" on the steering wheel of every car I maintain when it goes to the dealer.

Anyways, the car looks good. Weird color though.

Weird color? Orange, or lime green. Not much of a choice. Think its meant to stick out. I would rather have a sleeper GT3. Maybe the roll cage could be lime green, The car pearl black with 5% window tint. How fat would that look at 60MPH with the windows half cracked. Awesome detail to say the least.

Re: ACDetailing: 2007 GT3RS

Thanks everyone for the kind words! Yeah this car is a BEAST. I can't wait to see the 800hp TT in action again.. .

And to correct you, they come in white, black, orange, and green standard colors, but you can have a porsche painted whatever color you wanted.. for a price though .
