Park Avenue Detailing: Volkswagen GTI

This car kicked my ***. Swirls, scratches, deep scratches you name it. The clear was rock hard, and didn't respond well to many combination's. A previous detailer hacked the car, holograms, wax residue everywhere.

Process:

Foam with APC (car was covered in sap)
Wash/Clay

First try:
SIP with Orange CCS via Flex - no dice
Second try:
M95 with Yellow CCS via Flex - no dice
Third try:
M105 with Orange CCS via Flex - worked somewhat

continued on with PO106FF with Green CCs via Flex
followed with Collinite 845iw

I wet-sanded the trunk area with 3000 to level some scratches. I also wetsanded certain door scrapes and scratches with 2000-3000 and found that M105 barely made a dent the initial pass in trying to remove the sanding scratches! ***!! I kept on going and eventually got them removed.

Excellent work. I can certainly appreciate all the time and effort that goes into black VW paint.

Just the car, not the payments.
