Re: 382 hp Black Audi A3

Car looks great.

It could be holograms but also remember the owner could have wiped it down with a QD and been a little sloppy. That happened to me once on a Porsche I spent 20 hours on and the paint was perfect then saw it at a show with streaks and smears all over it that almost looked like holograms in the sunlight. I was freaking out....

Re: 382 hp Black Audi A3

JoshVette nailed it on the head. It was a quick and rushed QD wipedown on a super hot surface with a bad microfiber. I didn't bring extra microfibers and the QD was drying too fast before I could fully wipe it down.

Re: 382 hp Black Audi A3

Great job. Very nice looking car and nice job on the detail. I saw the "hologramming" and figured it was either qd or wax streaks. So annoying when that much time is spent on the car to have the residue.

Thanks for sharing!
