Range Rover, Villager, Tahoe, E500

2008 Range Rover. I was supposed to remove the water spots from his brand new Porsche Carrera S but when he mentioned to the dealer he wasn't happy about all the water spots on his new car, they assured him they'd take care of it. He called me the day before and said he wanted the Range Rover detailed instead. Anyway, I get to his house to detail the Range Rover and the Porsche is parked in the sun. Apparently, when the dealer promised to "take care of it", apparently they meant trade the water spots for holograms. He is going to give the dealer the opportunity to fix it, if they can't he will have me take care of it.

Overall, it was in really good shape, just very minimal spider swirls. Went over it with Pink Moose+ with my PC and a yellow Meguiars polishing pad and sealed with Clearkote's Carnauba Moose. Detailed the interior too, but forgot to take pics.

2000 Mecury Villager. The main focus was the interior but they wanted more shine and some of the scuffs and scratches gone too.

Want to know how well Meguiars #105 works by hand?

Before

After #105 with an MF towel and about 90 seconds of hand polishing:

Pink Moose+ using my PC and yellow Meguiars polishing pad:

After going over the whole van with PM+/Meguiars yellow combo, I finished it off with Carnauba Moose.

Some interior before and afters. Cleaned with BioKleen's Traffic Lane Cleaner.

Hadn't vacuumed again...

2002 Chevy Tahoe

Couple half 'n half shots while cleaning the leather with 10:1 dillution of Woolite/water.

All clean:

Carpets cleaned with BioKleen TLC, vinyl dressed with Optimum Protectant Plus, leather with Leather Master's Leather Vital.

The exterior was pretty good, needed some light claying though. Polished with 3M Ultrafina using the blue Ultrafina pad and waxed with Carnauba Moose.

Got flake?

2008 Mercedes E500. Nearly new, owner takes really good care of it. The paint really didn't need any prep beyond claying the horizontal surfaces and especially the back bumper. Went over it with Carnauba Moose and buffed it off with Optimum Car Wax. Cleaned the exhaust tips with Clearkote's Blue Moose.

Oh yeah, cleaned my road bike too.

Optimum Power Clean to degrease it, and a waterless wash I am testing (I've been asked not to mention who makes it until they decide to bring it to market or not) to clean it.

My new seat-Specialized Phenom. Hard to believe such a firm seat is so comfortable when combined with the right shorts.

Very nice as usual. Although I could have done without the mental picture of you wearing bicycle shorts..........

Quick question: Does mixing VM with RMG increase the amount of correction you can achieve? I didn't think pink moose could clean up after 105......

Great work as usual The reflection shot from the hood of E500 looks real good consider it is silver in color.
After seeing all the work you done with CMW, I cannot help it and started using my CMW & JW Carnauba Jett combo aqain. I must say that is really a killer combo.

Sorry but I'd rather have you with a weird mental image than me have a sore taint!

VM does seem to add a bit more cut to RMG but I've also added something else that gives it more cut. Keeping this one my secret.

There was very minimal marring after using #105 by hand. If you have any, you might want to consider trying it out yourself, I think you will be suprised at how well it works.

Thomas-thanks! Equally impressed with your work.

Gen2-I think I got the idea of using a spray wax to remove CMW from you anyway.
