911 Slantnose Paint Correction - Pink to Red

This was a car that I corrected a couple weeks ago. The car has been sitting for awhile in addition to getting major mechanical work done. The paint is not perfect (rust bubble) but it sure looks a lot better.

These projects are the most enjoyable because the customer is floored and doesn't mind driving the car again.

After:

Word of mouth is amazing...I've detailed four 911's from this customers referrals...another one tonight!

Re: 911 Slantnose Paint Correction - Pink to Red

The paint was actually easy to work with. I basically did a 3 step process using 3m products. The initial step really brought out the shine all I really needed to do next was polish the scratches and protect.

Great Job, would you mind listing the 3M products you used? I have used them before on a black corvette and really liked it.

That's actually a 930, several years before the 993's time

Beautiful job on the detail, but raised yellow letter tires...and in the front only?! I can't say I like that, but the car looks awesome.
