2 days spent on a 2006 Jet Black M3

12 hours just on day 1 although I talked a lot while I was supposed to work since the owner spent some time watching me.

wash
clay
sip/ec black wool/pfw pad 1800rpm
UF green pad 1800rpm
wash again
EZ Creme Glaze udm white CG pad 6
Extreme top coat udm black pad 4/5
Magic Wax udm white pad 3/4
NL on tires x2/wheel wells
OS on wheels - inside and out

BEFORE - not too bad looking

Wow how does someone let a car that nice get so hammered on?? Let alone only 2 years old what he take it to the wash and scratch every week or what??

I'm more amazed by the fact you were able to 2-step the paint from black wool to ultra fina. You must have some skills because that just is not possibelf or me.

I love M3's.

Thanks guys very much! the finish on this jet black paint looks fantastic, too bad I couldn't get any outside shots. However the owner took some this morning.

Both sip and ec will finish down very well, leaving light holograms only. I'd say any finishing polish will get the paint perfect.
