This car brings back old memories of my Dad's '92 Polo Green Corvette Convertible. This one had a glass top though. The wheels had what looked like clearcoat failure as well. Nevertheless, the following process was applied to the car after messing around with different combos of the PC and rotary. The clearcoat was certainly hard on this fiberglass body. I certainly loved the color, especially when it was all done. The metallic flake was great.
-wash
-clay
-Menzerna SIP via rotary with the free pads that came with a purchase of Menzerna from autogeek.net a while ago
-Menzerna 106FF with a three inch yellow foam pad via UDM in some areas
-Optimum Poliseal via rotary with the white pad that came with the UDM (I love this pad)
-Optimum Poliseal via UDM with the white pad that came with the UDM
-Poorboy's Natty's Paste Wax
-303 on all trim

Me too. I had a 92 Polo Green Con'vt also. Great car to have back in the day. I use to load up 3 of my workers in it to pick up dealer cars. Talk about memories.
Great Work!
