Re: Since there isn't much action around here...

A friend of mine has a yellow one. He brought it over to polish it before he put it away for the winter. The only bad thing about the car is that there are very few flat surfaces. It required a lot of hand polishing as I didn't have a 4" pad.

Let us know how you go about polishing it. We found the CC to be fairly hard.

A green one I did before was one of the easier paints in my experience minus white subaru paint.

The weather is pretty cold right now. Waiting for the garage to get a little warmer.

Unfortunately the car is not my cup of tea. I rather drive my own car.

Had to drive it home (20 miles) and the exhaust smell is terrible inside the car.

Just a heads up, expect the paint to be hard.

I was going to have to get the car back by 5pm today but I convinced the owner to let me have it until tomorrow. Swirls come out easy, but the scratches are not budging. I will wetsand to get a flawless finish (or as close to it as I can). Just taking a break.

Agreed, not to mention just trying to get into one of those cars. But they are SERIOUS fun around corners, like a go cart.

I noticed that you have lots of stuff hanging on the walls of the garage. I would advise that you make sure they are well secured. Just one wrong bump and kaboom.
