Re: Ultima Tire & Trim Guard Plus Durability

I clean it well usually with ONR and or IPA. Sometimes I have to get kind of brutal and use Purple Power. I control it very very carefully and use it only when absolutely necessary. On occasion I find trim that needs a good polish (SIP with orange pad) or a bit of 0000 steel wool to get rid of oxidized or rotted surfaces. Again be careful. Once the trip is clean and smooth, I layer Ultima or 303.

Re: Ultima Tire & Trim Guard Plus Durability

I forgot. On occasion I will us a bit of Black WOW to help in revitalization of particularly weathered or faded trim. Very little. Um. Very very little. With a small sponge applicator.

By a little I mean less than a quarter the size of a pea for 12" x 12" area and sometimes that is too much. Nice product used correctly, sparingly, in the right amounts, and in the right places.
