Can I use any lube with the Elastrofoam?

looking at getting this, but with only 2-3 cars worth of lube included, and nowhere to buy it in the UK, can i just use any lube or QD instead?

Successfully used Last Touch with clay so wondered if it will work with foam as well?

Many thanks

Re: Can I use any lube with the Elastrofoam?

A bucket of wash soap will be a safer way to use the Elastrofoam block if you run out of lube.

thanks David - great product line you have created here. The PGP is looking stunning on my car after the PPP.

You need to get this into the UK and overcome some of the sealant doubters. I'm not sure I can see myself going back to carnauba for a while, even on my garage queen

Thank you! Our launch into the UK will be in mid October. We are in the midst of creating packaging and configurations that will be ideal for the UK and European market.

Greatly appreciate your feedback.

Re: Can I use any lube with the Elastrofoam?

any hints on differences, and of course prices?

The usual straight $ to £ conversion is likely to give you a major headache IMHO, despite the quality. Zaino is very niche as a result of their route into the UK market and crazy pricing...

Good luck with however you choose. I will continue to try and take advantage of my regular trips to the US

I will offer pricing info in 1-2 weeks. However, due to the US dollar vs. UK pound the pricing will be in your favor. The biggest benefit will be how we worked out shipping. We are setting up a dedicated shipping line for Europe with 3-5 day delivery service.

Re: Can I use any lube with the Elastrofoam?

sounds good - I had assumed a 3rd party involved and taking a big slice as well...aka Zaino..

I bought a UDM recently from you, ordered late Thurs night UK time and it arrived 7am Mon morning! Most UK based vendors dont match that delivery, so if thats the process you use then you will be onto a winner. It nearly felt worth the $60....

look forward to seeing the news.

Greatly appreciate your feedback.

I doubt that UK got the harsh environment as we got in Scandinavia and North Europe with salt and other chemicals on the roads during winter times.

But i guess you meant the "product configuration" rather as which product to put together?

If i may come with a request, how about make one for really harsh environment like what we got here in Norway and Sweden?

Im going to get the whole Ultima product line so i can give some feedback as time goes by

Frank
