clearcote scratches...

Are there any Ultima products to remove slight clearcote scratches? I got them going through some low brush at the beach last weekend (07' Acura MDX Sport). If not, what are some of you using?

Re: clearcote scratches...

The Paint Prep Plus should remove light CC scratches--it states it will do it?

Re: clearcote scratches...

Thanks. Is there an Ultima 'kit' available with everything you need (application instructions, etc.)? I've been to the site, but it only mentions products individually and offers alternate web site purchase of Ultima products piece meal. I'd like to purchase the 'system' as a package. Am I missing something?

Not sure if there is a kit of everything put together yet, but there is a limited time sampler kit you get get at a pretty good pre-order price:

Ultima Paint Care Sampler Kit

That would include the Ultima Paint Prep Plus (for your scratches), Ultima Paint Guard Plus, Ultima Detail Spray Plus, and a packet of the Ultima Paint Guard Wash. "The kit offers enough product to detail the paintwork of two full-size cars, with enough Paint Guard Plus remaining for 12 to 15 additional applications."

That would give you a low into price and a chance to try the products out. When you add the kit to your cart you'll have an option of adding the Ultima Tire & Trim Guard Plus for $10 off the normal price. Use autopia as the coupon code for an additional member discount of 10%.

Latest word is the kits might ship as early as next Tuesday........ I'm looking forward to trying it all out!

Re: clearcote scratches...

They just introduced a sample kit, which looks like it provides enough product of the Paint Prep and Paint Guard product to get someone started. You can pre-purchase, check out Car Detailing Supplies, Car Wax, Car Polishers, Car Care Products
