To be honest, I never considered buying Zaino before due to its cost. But due to Ultima's price premium, it's actually turned me off and pushed me towards the other guys. I'm not trying to put down DavidB and I wish that his products become a success, but I feel that at this point in time, the products are overpriced, at least for me.

The Ultima line is A+ stuff Opti-Seal is a great product as well but it is best off as a sealer on top while PGP will outperform it.

The Ultima line is A+ stuff
| What criteria establishes this recognition?

Still I was hoping you would have some if one is that clearly superior over the other, plus personal impressions can be as subjective as picture, if not more.
So, I guess in that case I will have to count on person behind the statement.
With that in mind, SpoiledMan / a.k.a. Patrick / Scottwax, did any of you try them side-by-side and what are your findings?

My van had some OS on the passengers front fender and from all indication it's dead and gone. It did look good when applied but it simply gave too much streaking for me on darker colors.
Ultima has been across the country and back and looks and feels just applied. I only put in on the hood and used AW on the bumper to see how each would hold up under the bugs and rain/heat across the lands. It was a PITA to remove the bugs from the bumper while the hood(much hotter panel) took just a little more than usual effort to get clean.
When I get time I will be clearing out the "other" LSP's and carrying a much lighter bag to boot.

As you already know from my ranting to you over the weekend I will be probably stripping wax from that black Supra thanks to that water spotting party pooper. This time I might go with UPP even though car will be going up for sale if it will make my life easier maintaining in the meantime. Quote: |
