great customer service, i just feel bad asking for more and more sprayer when it just keeps breaking.

Ya i have the same problem as mentioned earlier. having the problem with the spring getting stuck on the bottom and not coming back up.

this is greatly apreciated since I really like the UPGP. My wife's Mazda looks great and I am going to finish my truck as soon as I get the interium sprayers form Lynn.

Thank you David for recognizing this as a problem and correcting it in a timely manner. Since my sprayer seized I haven't been able to apply anymore sealant and my $70 investment started feeling like a $70 mistake. I hope these new sprayers solve this problem and my initial enthusiasm for the Ultima line returns.

Is there anything that we as purchasers of the original bottle need to do to get the replacement or will that all be handled automatically?

I have the parts in the warehouse. I will work to get them out ASAP. I'm out Mon-Fri next week. I can get you another replacement sprayer. Did you get a replacement micro-trigger or one of the new pumps?

My Trim and Tire bottle loosens itself. I'll tighten the sprayer down(screw it down tight), and in a matter of seconds it'll slowly begin to unscrew itself. It's a little annoying seeing as how the first time I noticed it it had evaporated 1/2" or so. Some duct tape fixed it, but it looks a little ghetto now.. I'm looking forward to a new sprayer design, should we just email to acquire one? BTW Loving the Ultima!

Its the same as the one that was on the original bottle so I have to assume its the micro-trigger.
