Polycharged vs unpolycharged, side by side

okay,
I am wondering if anyone has done a side by side comparison on a vehicle, say half the hood with a product such as Meguiars 21 or any other LSP, and the same product Polycharged on the other side. I looking for an honest comparison as I am interested in the product, but was looking for some honest feedback. Things such as durability, gloss, and slickness compared to the original product.

Thanks,
Tom

Re: Polycharged vs unpolycharged, side by side

I saw a hood yesterday that was half NXT and half PC'd NXT that was over three months since application. There was a clear difference in the two side as far as water beading goes with the PC'd side taking the win.

What's REALLY amazing is that the Polycharged side still beaded after an ABC wash, it wasn't dramatic beading, but it was definately noticable when compared to the rest of the car which had NXT topped with Optimum SprayWax, except for the the other half of the hood which only had NXT.

Re: Polycharged vs unpolycharged, side by side

I have some old Klasse SC and am thinking about buying the Polycharger to make it worth using. On its own, it is a huge pita

Re: Polycharged vs unpolycharged, side by side

PC is a must with UPP. Crazy slick and hard as glass. Dust is easy to wipe off. Dirt washes off a lot easier too. It also resists swirls a lot better than regular UPP alone.

I'm still testing the durability. It's been on a month and still looks like it was just applied. I think it will last 6 months easily.

I look forward to mixing PC with other waxes.
