Re: Ultima Phase I Release Finalized

Sorry I have been very quiet on the launch. I had to wait for our patent attorney to do their work. We're finally finished with the search and application so tonight I am finalizing the printed material.

All of the liquids are manufactured. Due to the nature of the clear sealants, we have to buy and dedicate a filling machine to these products. The sealant simply cannot be cleaned out of the machine, It will contaminate any other product you try to run through the machine. So, we now have three new filling machines that will be installed and setup next week.

Tomorrow the 24 page booklet and labels go to the printer. The printing process will take 14 days to complete. Once the labels come back we will start the bottling, and we can begin shipping to our distributors and resellers. So, my best guess is full availability the second week of May. I will publish the booklet in pdf form by the end of the week (after I make pricing information available to the resellers).

Re: Ultima Phase I Release Finalized

You guys are too much. Unfortunately, I'm not going to setup the assembly line until all of the parts are in, including my case packing boxes. It's very costly to setup to fill just a few bottles. When the line is going I will take pics so y'all can see.

Well, actually it does. It will be sold with our Patent Pending lubricant gel.

In all, we are seeking four patents for the first release of this product line and believe we are likely to get three. The patent work is largely what has delayed getting the products to market. I'm really sorry for the delay, but we need to protect our IP.

Can it be used with other lubricants out there, like clay can, or it must be used with that particular gel?

No need to set up the assembly line just to fill a few bottles . . . I see an unpaid high-school intern with a ladle and a funnel.

No problem. Application and Investigation for Patents takes time. It normally takes us (Communication Engineering) at least 9-12 mos. for this patenting procedure. Heck, the Patentability Search sometimes takes months and $$$$.
