Ultima on Headlights

Is Ultima PGP safe to seal the headlights? Would Ultima Tire and Trim Guard Plus be a better choice? What about for the windows?

Yes! Plus, I have done extensive testing of Ultima Paint Guard Plus on 3M clear film. It protects it very well. UPGP is also a fantastic solution on glass.

I do not recommend UTTGP on clear plastic. It will likely leave some streaking. Do not use UTTGP on glass. It will streak. Do use UTTGP on your wiper blades to keep them working smooth.

As another quick note, you can also use UPGP on black trim and rubber. Your trim will not be as dark and rich looking as it would if you applied UTTGP, but it will be well protected.

As an aside, after I recently cleaned the glass door to my master bathroom shower, I decided a couple of layers of UPGP might help it stay cleaner longer and/or make it easier to clean. It seems to be serving that purpose, but the door fogs much worse than the untreated glass ever did. It fogs up much more quickly and there is noticeably more fog. Not a huge deal, but I would recommend against putting UPGP on a vehicle's interior glass.
