Solidified PGP?

Well, I received my sampler kit a couple days ago. First thing I noticed was that the PGP wasn't completely clear. It seems like there are solidified pieces of PGP floating in the bottle (looks kind of like dried clear glue suspended in there). Doesn't seem to dissolve back after vigorous shaking either. I was wondering if this was normal and if it's safe to use?

Re: Solidified PGP?

?? mine leaked all over the box and applicators when It was delivered. It still leaks (both bottles) I wonder if its not from the cold? DO you have it stored at room temp?

Its not supposed to be clear. It has a cloudy look to it. As for the floating pieces I can't really say as mine doesn't have that. As mentioned it could have started to freeze in transit. Thats a potential problem you have when ordering stuff in the winter.

Re: Solidified PGP?

The milky substance in the Ultima sealants in not something we have been able to identify. We are working with the chemical manufacturers, but so far no clues. We originally thought it was coming from the filling equipment, but that was not the case.

Whatever it is, it does not seem to impact the performance of the product.
