Ultima PPP, can you use a rotary with it?

Kid across the street got it for his birthday but he only has a rotary, its about a 15 year old Makita. Can you use this with the UPPP?

Im using the Ultima detail machine with orange pad it it works great

Would work just fine, but use a proper pad.
