Re: Ultima vs. Optima Sealer

I'll put mine in for Ultima if for no other reason than I couldn't get Optima to "lay down" without streaking no matter how hard I tried with the exception of one car. I sold it to that guy. Ultima is hanging on just fine on my test car.

Re: Ultima vs. Optima Sealer

Opti-Seal here because I bought it first, it's cheaper, it lasts forever, and it will take 9.6 years to finish the bottle I have.

Looks great too!

No $*#T I have had my bottle since close to the beginning of the year and use all the time. I just got below half way now. Great product in my eyes, then again I have not tried Ultima.

Ultima all the way. Does not streak, extremely easy to apply, lasts a long time, adds great shine and depth. Add 2 to 3 coats and you get an amazing wet look.

Re: Ultima vs. Optima Sealer

No doubt. At least three coats. I went four total at twelve plus hours apart. Takes no time at all. After the fourth I polished it with a big thick fuzzy clean MF. AMAZING!
