Correction. If you registered already then you have to send an email to
registration@ultimatedetailingmachine.com
with your registration information.

is the serial number the 10 digits on the sticker on the box? I dont see a number on the
UDM

Remove the backing plate and you will find a sticker in the housing. It is a 6 digit number that begins with SN.
