Where to send?? Call tag??

Well it looks like UPS is going to be picking up my warrantied UDM machine tommorow. David said theyd be issuing a call tag number and I was wondering if I have to still put the address on the box?? Does anyone even have the address to which this package is going to?

No you just have to give UPS the BOX. UPS just picked up my broken UDM yesterday and my wife just gave them the box. No address needed, UPS just put a label on it.
