Personally I dont think that just because a few of us have minor issues would be a reason to not buy one. Their warrenty is really good along with their customer service. They definately take care of their customers.
Having used both the PC and the UDM, I would much rather have the smoother running UDM and the risk of a minor issue (that I know will get taken care of if it occurs) than use the PC that has a lot more vibrations. | That's fine - I'll keep my PC, thank you very much. I've had mine at least five years, use it at least a dozen times a year, and have never had an issue with it.

I love my UDM I still have my PC and I also have a rotary. In the world of electroincs thing can happen. The key to any product is the customer service you receive if and when something does happen .I got my UDM when it was first released and the only issue I had was the switch problem .As we all know that problem was identified and corrected. It was all handled in a proffesional way and at no cost to the enduser.I have had problems with companies in the past that have sounds defective products that cost thousands and swear that its not there equiptment. The you have to battle back and forth to get a resolution. So trust me this is a minor solveable issue and will and is being handled with the enduser in mind .Which says alot for the manufacturer. So I see no need for an all out alarm for this matter.yes its can be a slight inconvenience but in the end they are looking to make sure you are happy that you purchased their product.

I have no problem with someone trying to make a buck, but I do have a problem with the importation of Chinese made components and products. Large companies have a hard enough time with quality control of Chinese made import parts. For small operators, it can be daunting.

I hear only 6 machines went bad but it's appearing that number might be off a bit. Is there a 30 day money back deal? that Flex is looking better all the time. Yes it cost more but you get what you pay for I guess. My business I sell a product and if the customer is unhappy 30-60-90-days I refund the money. Simple happy customers tell others and it actually grows the business.

I'm surprised no one else asked that question unless it's already stated clearly somewhere that I don't know about?
